For example, adding 1 or more 4s to existing set of 4 or adding a 2 too existing run of 3,4,5,6. Only cards that fit the existing phase can be discarded. Only players who have completed a phase can hit a phase.
You can hit your own Phase or another players Phase.
Once a phase is completed in a round, players can discard one or more cards by hitting the Phase.
